Empress Smooth (Neurotoxins)
The Empress Smooth is our signature wrinkle-releasing ritual designed to restore harmony, grace, and youthful radiance to the face using the most refined aesthetic neurotoxins available, including Jeuveau, Botox, and Xeomin. We don’t believe in freezing beauty, we believe in freeing it.
How it Works: The Empress Smooth
This treatment softens dynamic lines caused by repetitive expression, while preserving your natural movement, expression, and aura. Whether you’re easing forehead lines, lifting the brows, or releasing tension from your jawline, this is a treatment of reclamation where science meets sovereignty.
Neurotoxins are purified proteins (like Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau) that temporarily relax the muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles those fine lines that form with expression, especially around the forehead, frown lines (11s), and crow’s feet.
From an Empress lens:
They’re not “wrinkle erasers” they are softness spells that invite stillness, peace, and divine calm into your features.

FAQs
How much treatment will I need?
Every face tells a different story, and at The Empress LA, I tailor each treatment to honor yours. The amount of neurotoxin needed depends on your unique facial anatomy, muscle strength, and the level of softness you desire.
Some Empresses want just a whisper of refinement a gentle brow lift or a lip flip. Others seek a full ritual of smoothness across the forehead, eyes, and jaw. On average, most treatments range between 20 to 60 units, but I’ll assess your features with intention and artistry to ensure your results are natural, radiant, and fully aligned with your vision
Does it hurt?
This is not a one-size-fits-all service it’s a sacred sculpting of your expression.
Not at all what you’d imagine. Most Empresses say it feels like a quick pinch a little moment of sensation followed by a whole era of radiance.
I use the finest needles, intentional techniques, and a soothing touch to make the experience as gentle and sacred as possible. Many clients are surprised by how fast and easy it is and leave feeling more powerful than when they walked in.
And if you’re at all nervous, we can pair your session with breathwork, rose quartz grounding, or a cooling crystal roller to help shift you into calm receiving mode. Pain is minimal. Your glow? Maximum.
What's the Downtime?
Empress Smooth has minimal to no downtime, making it a favorite among glow-getters and high-frequency femmes. After your treatment, you may notice a few tiny bumps or light redness at the injection sites; this typically fades within 15–30 minutes. Some Empresses may experience mild bruising or tenderness, but it’s usually subtle and easily covered with light makeup the next day (after the first 24 hours).
You can return to most of your day immediately just avoid lying down for 4 hours, strenuous workouts, facial massage, or heat exposure (like saunas or hot yoga) for 24 hours. Most clients begin to see their soft, smooth results reveal themselves within 3 to 7 days, with full results in 10–14 days.
No major downtime. Just gentle stillness. Let the softness settle and your glow rise in divine timing.
How long do results last?
The results of your Empress Smooth treatment typically last 3 to 4 months, depending on your unique body, metabolism, and the neurotoxin we choose together whether it’s Jeuveau, Botox, or Xeomin.
Some women metabolize it a bit faster, others enjoy their glow for closer to 5 months. But I always say the more consistent your rituals, the more gracefully your results last.
Think of it as a season of softened stress, lifted features, and effortless radiance. When you return, we simply renew the magic.
Are Jeuveau, and Xeomin, and Botox the same?
At The Empress LA, I offer three trusted neurotoxins: Jeuveau, Xeomin, and Botox each formulated to relax dynamic muscles, soften lines, and restore your radiance.
Jeuveau is my favorite for clients seeking purely aesthetic results. It’s made just for beauty, and it blends effortlessly for a soft, natural smoothness.
Xeomin is beautifully clean free of unnecessary additives ideal for Empresses who want a minimalist, refined glow.
Botox is the classic original. While it’s been around the longest, it’s not always the best fit for every face or budget.
My role is to guide you to the neurotoxin that best supports your goals, your skin, and your energy because beauty is never one-size-fits-all, and neither is the way we soften time.
Are there any side effects?
As with any powerful beauty ritual, neurotoxins can come with a few short-term side effects — but most are minimal and temporary.
After treatment, some Empresses experience a little redness, swelling, or a soft bruise at the injection site. It’s rare, but mild headaches or a feeling of tightness can also happen in the first few days. These typically fade quickly and are part of the body adjusting to the shift.
Serious side effects are extremely rare, especially when you’re treated by a medical professional who blends precision, knowledge, and intention.
I always perform a full consultation beforehand and give you detailed post-care guidance to keep your glow safe and supported. Your beauty and wellbeing are never rushed — only honored.
Before my Empress Smooth appointment?
A little preparation ensures your glow lands exactly where it’s meant to effortlessly and beautifully. In the 48 to 72 hours before your appointment, pause any blood-thinning supplements like fish oil, vitamin E, garlic, ginseng, or ginkgo (if approved by your provider), and try to avoid alcohol or anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or aspirin, unless prescribed all of which can increase your risk of bruising. The day before, stay well-hydrated and avoid intense workouts, saunas, or harsh exfoliants and active skincare like retinoids or acids on the areas to be treated. On the day of your appointment, arrive with a clean, makeup-free face, and eat a light meal beforehand to keep your energy grounded. Dress comfortably so you can fully relax into your ritual, and bring any questions you may have this space is yours. For a sacred touch, take a few deep breaths before your session and set your intention:
“I choose softness. I trust my glow. I allow my radiance to rise”
After my Empress Smooth appointment?
You’ve just softened time now allow your radiance to settle in with grace. For the first 4 hours, stay upright and avoid touching, rubbing, or applying any makeup or skincare to the treated areas; let the magic integrate undisturbed. During the first 24 hours, avoid intense workouts, excessive heat (like saunas or hot yoga), and any facial treatments. Skip alcohol and blood-thinning medications unless prescribed, to minimize the chance of bruising. It’s normal to experience slight redness or small marks they fade quickly, and your full results will begin to reveal themselves within 3 to 14 days. Hydration, rest, and daily SPF will support your glow as it blooms. If questions arise or anything feels unclear, reach out. Your beauty isn’t rushed here it’s supported, celebrated, and sovereign.
