Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that carry growth factors, peptides, and signaling molecules between cells. HOW IT WORKS

Microneedling creates controlled microchannels through the epidermis into the upper dermis. Exosomes — extracellular vesicles isolated from stem cells — are then applied to the treated surface, where those channels allow their growth factors, peptides, and anti-inflammatory signaling molecules to reach the dermis.

Once absorbed, exosomes signal fibroblasts to increase collagen and elastin production, support cellular repair, and help regulate inflammation. Improvement in tone, texture, and firmness develops gradually over the following weeks as new collagen forms, rather than appearing immediately after treatment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your appointment begins with a cleanse and a topical anesthetic, left in place for approximately 20–30 minutes. Microneedling is then performed at a depth selected for the treatment area, followed by application of the exosome serum to the freshly created microchannels.

Total appointment time is 60–75 minutes. Most patients describe the treatment as tolerable, with a light prickling sensation. Expect redness and a flushed appearance for 24–48 hours, and possible tightness or dryness for 1–3 days.
