Empress Essence (PRF)

PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is an autologous regenerative treatment prepared from a small sample of your own blood. The sample is spun at a controlled speed to concentrate platelets, fibrin, and growth factors into a fibrin matrix, which is then injected or applied topically to support collagen production, tissue repair, and volume restoration. Commonly treated areas include the under-eye region, temples, and fine lines, as well as overall skin rejuvenation. Because the material is derived entirely from your own blood, no additives, chemicals, or synthetic fillers are used. Compared with PRP, PRF releases growth factors more gradually, continuing to support tissue repair for up to seven days after treatment.

HOW EMPRESS ESSENCE WORKS

During your Empress Essence session, a small amount of your blood is drawn and spun at a controlled, low speed. This separates the platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), a concentrate rich in growth factors, stem-like cells, white blood cells, and fibrin matrix.

Unlike PRP, which releases its healing properties quickly, PRF releases growth factors slowly over 7 to 10 days. When injected into delicate or depleted areas such as under the eyes, around the mouth, or into fine lines, it stimulates collagen, supports cellular repair, improves circulation, and strengthens the structure of the skin.

Because PRF contains no anticoagulants or additives, it is prepared entirely from your own blood, with nothing added.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE EMPRESS ESSENCE APPOINTMENT

A small vial of blood is drawn at the start of your visit and spun in a centrifuge at low speed to separate the platelet-rich fibrin layer. The PRF is then injected or microneedled into the areas identified at your assessment, commonly the under-eyes, nasolabial folds, cheeks, or temples.

Most patients describe brief pressure or a pinch at the injection sites. Topical numbing is available on request. The appointment takes about 45 to 60 minutes from start to finish.

Mild swelling and puffiness are expected, particularly around the eyes, and light bruising is possible. Both typically resolve within several days.

Because PRF works by stimulating your own collagen production, results develop gradually over the weeks following treatment rather than appearing immediately.
