1. Our Services
The Empress LA provides medical aesthetic and wellness services, including injectable treatments, laser treatments, medical weight management, intravenous nutrient therapy, and related skin and body treatments. Services are performed by or under the supervision of appropriately licensed medical professionals in accordance with California law.

3. Consultations and Eligibility
All new patients are required to complete a consultation prior to treatment. The consultation fee is $50. You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services. You agree to provide complete and accurate medical history, including all medications, allergies, and prior treatments. Treatment may be declined or modified if, in our clinical judgment, it is not appropriate or safe for you.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
The Empress LA operates by appointment only. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Services rendered are non-refundable.
6. Packages, Series, and Prepaid Programs
Treatment packages and prepaid series are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used by the patient who purchased them. If, following consultation, you are determined not to be a candidate for a prepaid program, the remaining balance may be applied as a service credit toward other services at The Empress LA. Package pricing reflects a discount applied to the full series and is not redeemable for cash.
7. Text Message (SMS) Programs
Transactional Text Message Program
The Empress LA offers a transactional text message program to provide appointment-related communications, such as appointment reminders, confirmations, and service updates. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply; these charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at admin@theempressla.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Marketing Text Message Program
The Empress LA also offers a marketing text message program that may include promotional offers, specials, announcements, and other marketing communications. You will only receive marketing text messages if you have separately opted in by checking the marketing consent box on our contact form. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase, and you are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to purchase any goods or services from The Empress LA. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us; to rejoin, sign up again as you did initially. If you provide your email address, you may receive service-related and promotional email from us. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the link in any message.
